Family Therapy for Adults
Lisa’s Unique Specialty
It’s never too late to be closer to parents, siblings, or children. Family therapy for adults is an opportunity to face conflicts that have produced negative dynamics between adult children, adult siblings, and parents for many years. Lisa provides a safe space that validates each individual in the family so every person can be heard and seen.
In family therapy, Lisa will teach you how to understand your family conflicts, lessen tension in your relationships, and gain freedom from toxic cycles. Parents will learn how to adjust to their grown children’s independence, and adult children will learn how to foster healthy friendships with their siblings.
As your trusted therapist, Lisa will facilitate communication to help you and your family work through these obstacles and establish healthy, fulfilling relationships. If you want to become closer to your family and overcome past conflicts that are ruling your present dynamics, book an introductory call with Lisa today.
